Agave takes the spotlight in a guided tasting experience that explores the depth and diversity of tequila and mezcal Friday to Sunday evenings.  Led by the Hotel’s expert bar team, each session offers insight into regional expressions, production methods, and the stories behind each pour. Thoughtfully paced and highly engaging, it’s an approachable yet elevated way to connect with the craftsmanship and cultural heritage of agave spirits.
